Refund Policy

EV LIFE is committed to provide the quality products to you. If you found following issues when receiving the goods:
1. The received products do not match the ordered products
2. Quality problems

Please contact us and proceed within seven days after the order is shipped (calculated from the day which the order is shipped in Hong Kong).

For returning, the product must be returned together with the receipt and packaging, including any accessories and gifts. Information such as the customer's name and phone number, the coupon received in the transaction and the reason for the return must be provided.

All returned/exchanged goods and their packaging must be intact, complete and the required documents or goods, otherwise the company will have the right to reserve all return/exchange procedures and refuse the return application.

One order can only be returned once.

The discounted products, clearance products or special sale products marked as non-returnable, do not accept any refund, return and exchange services.

In case of any dispute, EV LIFE reserves the right of final decision.
